Gotta keep motivated
With winter arriving soon not much going on in Michigan, so i have to try and stay in shape till March 26th ( The next event i’m entering). So in the mean time just training and learning. Going to learn as much about running as possible. Might have Have a friend (who ran cross country) coach me, because what i read so far my injury’s we’re do to bad form. LOL So I need to learn...

I have done my last run till Sunday went good no pain, i think if ready for this marathon, weighted in at 187 my lowest yet, everything seems to be going good, just need to carb load the next 2 days

Ran a 5.3 miler in 44.05 so not too bad. My knee still holding up. Starting to get that excited/nervous feeling.

Almost back to normal
My knee's still bothering me, but my times are getting better and i'm able to go a longer distance without as much pain. My weight is about 190 was hanging around low 200's when i couldn't run.
