1. Been a long time since i last wrote something,

    So i’ll start about a month ago, I went on a 110 mile bike ride and thought it be smart to race a friend the last 24 miles and tore something in my knee (dont know what it is but hurt like heck), so i havent been able to run lately. But this week i’ve been able to run 2 miles each day pain free, so things are starting to look up. With my marathon only 17 days away, i’m getting pretty worried i wont be able to finish it. but my knee’s feeling better and can only hope i dont re injure it.
