1. Training for a race Saturday, after a long lay off, just got under 30 mins for my 3.5 mile run so that was exciting. The hardest part now is trying to eat health again, so long of just eating whatever. Now eating somewhat healthy sucks, haha. Want to get to at lease 210 by Saturday. At 212 now, started the month at about 225 so progressing pretty good.
