1. I’ve been lazy the last 5 days, don’t know why just haven’t felt up to it. I pushed my butt out the door today. My run started out crappy, but something happen 1/2 way through the run, I started feeling great and ran the whole last 1 1/2 miles my time was still a little high, but i feel good thats all that matters. I’m glad i pushed myself today. So if you start to struggle today just push yourself out the door and maybe you’ll fell better. good luck all.
