1. Getting ready for the Tri

    I’ve been skipping my cardio lately and just lifting so i decided to push myself today. I biked 12.7 miles and ran 3.3 miles. Surprisingly it wasn’t that bad, the 1st .5 mile of running was the hardest, after that pretty smooth. Now i just need to focus on the losing weight part still want to drop 30 lbs before July 10th. Aghhh my eating habits are bad!!!! lol
